Lifetime Warranty

If the recycled-plastic part of your Floaties or other Maritimo product breaks, we grind it down and make you a new one, free of charge.
1. What is covered
The warranty covers damage or breakage of the recycled-plastic part of every product that we make from recycled plastic: the frame of our sunglasses, and the plastic body of our necklaces, keychains and earrings.
2. What is not covered
- The lenses of the sunglasses.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Damage caused on purpose, or by clearly misusing the product.
- Cords, metal rings, earring hooks and other parts made of other materials (these remain covered by the legal guarantee).
- Products that we do not make from recycled plastic, such as our T-shirts.
3. How to make a claim
- Email info@maritimo-recycling.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We confirm by email and tell you how to send the product back.
- Send the damaged product to: Maritimo Recycling, Ul. Svetog Križa 3, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia.
- We recycle it and make you a new product, and send it to you.
4. Costs
The replacement is free of charge and we pay for sending it to you. You pay for sending the damaged product to us.
5. Who it is for and how long it lasts
The warranty is given to the person who bought the product from us, and it is valid for as long as that person owns it. It is not transferable. If the exact model or colour is no longer available, we will send the closest one.
6. Your legal rights
This warranty is a voluntary extra. It does not limit your legal rights under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, including the two-year legal guarantee that is explained in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
