Refund policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. The 14 days start on the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

2. How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw, before the 14 days end. The easiest way is to email info@maritimo-recycling.com with your name, order number and the items you are returning. You can use our model withdrawal form (see the Withdrawal Form page), but you do not have to. You can also write to Udruga Maritimo Recycling, Eugena Kumičića 19, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia.

3. Sending the goods back

Send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to this address:

The customer pays the cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked and insured shipment, so you can show that the parcel was sent and delivered. Please return the items unused and, if possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check what the goods are and whether they work.

4. Your refund

We refund all payments we received for the returned items, including the standard delivery cost if you paid for it, within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or until you show proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order, at no extra cost to you.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items branded with a company logo for a CSR partnership. It also does not apply to business customers.

6. Damaged or faulty goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please email us as soon as you notice, with your order number and photos. This is separate from your right of withdrawal. Your rights under the legal guarantee, explained in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, and under our Lifetime Warranty are not affected.
